Today, the
Savage Mill
Historic District
retains
many of the original buildings
from its heyday. The area was
placed on the National Register
of Historic Places in 1974.
Rams Head Tavern
features aged
Black Angus beef and fresh (never frozen!)
seafood. Open seven days a week, it has
been Rams Head’s commitment to great
food and great beer that has allowed it to
thrive in Savage for nearly thirty years.

Chocolatier
opened in 2005 in

expand thanks to its loyal following.

traditional truffles all the way to chocolate-
covered bacon, every sweet creation is
hand-made and mouth-watering. (You can

fought heroically in the American
Revolutionary War and the War of
