MARYLAND ACCESS POINT - AGING AND DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER

• A trusted source of information and assistance for Howard County residents who

need or want to plan for their immediate and future needs.

• MAP serves adults 50 years and older, adults 18 years and older with a disability,

family members and other caregivers, and health or business professionals.

• Help is available to individuals of all income levels who are in need of services

to assist with remaining in the community by providing immediate or long term

supports planning. A primary goal is to help county residents lead full lives.
