What days and hours is the facility open?

What happens if I am running late or need to drop off my loved one early?

How is the participant charged; hourly, daily, or weekly?

Is there a minimum amount of time that needs to be committed to? For example,

3 days a week.

Is financial assistance available?

What is included in the cost, activities, meals, transportation, etc.?

What is the adult-to-staff ratio?

How do they ensure safety?

How are behavioral problems handled?
