If your loved one’s needs are extensive, consider consulting with a service provider

specific to your loved one’s needs, i.e., geriatric care manager or medical specialist

who will work with your loved one and family to develop a care plan. Services and

fees may vary, so investigate fully before investing in the service.

It is important to remember to consult with your loved one’s health care provider. In

many cases, a referral is required for skilled services such as occupational therapy

and physical therapy.
