Columbia officially celebrates its 50th birthday

on June 21, 2017, but the festivities are set to

last for a full six months, starting on March

20 and continuing through September 22.

The height of the birthday celebration is scheduled

to occur from June 19-25 and will feature

concerts, toasts, stories, and much more.
