When and where are SHIP services available?

• One-on-one counseling by appointment at the

following locations: The Bain Center (Columbia):

Monday – Friday, 8:30-4:30, (410) 313-7392

Ellicott City 50+ Center: Tuesday afternoon and

Wednesday morning, (410) 313-1400

Glenwood 50+ Center: Second Tuesday morning of

each month, (410) 313-5440

North Laurel 50+ Center: First and third Thursday

afternoons of each month, (410) 313-0380

• Counseling sessions available in multiple languages

• Home visits can be arranged to help those who are

unable to leave their homes

• Public education seminars providing an overview of

Medicare offered monthly, alternating between day

and evening hours; seminars on other topics offered

on a periodic basis.
