of about 25-30 of the tap heads
for Maryland breweries,” said
manager Paul Fecteau. It truly
is an impressive sight to behold,
as 14 of the tap heads were local
craft beverage makers. And with
such a selection of Maryland beers
constantly available, the kitchen
started to cook with them. “It’s
the next frontier, cooking with
craft beers. Our chefs have been
using them in certain plates for
a while but have started to plan
beer dinners for the future.”
