Six-week workshop developed by Stanford University, for

adults or caretakers living with one or more chronic

conditions. Participants learn to manage their health,

develop a diet and fitness plan, deal with pain and

communicate with health professionals. Modest fee covers

The focus of Health and Wellness programs to improve the

functional health of older adults, adults with disabilities

and underserved populations by expanding program

opportunities with an emphasis on proven outcomes.

Opportunities exits is in following areas: health promotion

and disease prevention, evidence based programming,

volunteer opportunities, mental health, peer support groups,

fitness, outdoor recreation, nutrition and therapeutic pet
