MIEMSS is the state agency responsible for the coordination
of emergency medical services. We are responsible for
the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) program and
coordinate the Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment
(MOLST) Program in conjunction with the Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene.
