Community Sustainability, promotes healthy eating while also

creating sustainable markets for local and regional farms.The Roving

Radish achieves this mission by selling affordable, healthy meal

kits with much of the protein, produce and spices sourced from local

and regional farms. Each meal kit includes two recipes and ingredients

to prepare two dinners for a family of four. Ingredients are washed,

chopped, measured and prepared as much as possible in advance,

in order to make preparing healthy meals as simple as possible.

Meals kits can be ordered online for a single week or many weeks at a time.
