Upper Bay Counseling and Support Services provide

confidential mental health services to individuals

experiencing emotional difficulties, problems

with relationships, children, abuse issues, drug/

alcohol dependence combined with a mental

The primary mission of this federal program is

to seek out veterans suffering life readjustment

problems related to their combat military

experiences or as a result of sexual assault

or harassment occurring while on active

duty. Active duty service members and their

family are also eligible. Centers provide

therapeutic counseling to facilitate a successful

readjustment to civilian life. Services include

individual, group and family counseling.

and psychiatric services to children and therapy

and psychiatric services to adults with emotional,

mental, and behavioral disorders. The goal is to

successfully integrate the client into the community

with the help of a residential program, vocational

rehabilitative services, and a factory division
