This foundation provides information and referral
support groups, and public and professional
information. Assists people with epilepsy and
related neurological disorders, such as head
injuries, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, etc,
in achieving their personal goals. Services are
tailored to support each person to live, work,
socialize, and to encourage the highest level of
participation of each person in his/her community.

for the general public. Harford Transit LINK fixed
route service travels to Aberdeen, Bel Air, Havre

provides Demand Response curb-to-curb services
in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities
Act of 1990. All of Harford Transit LINK’s buses are
