Susquehanna
Symphony Orchestra
Performances at Bel Air High School,
100 Heighe Street, Bel Air
Celebrating its 40th Season, the
Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra
is a non-profit community orchestra
serving the Harford County community,
and providing opportunities for local
musicians to perform challenging
classical repertoire. Founded by Sheldon
Bair, it is composed of 100 all-volunteer
amateur and professional musicians
who come from all walks of life and
professional endeavors. Over 700
county residents have played with the
SSO since it began. The SSO presents
a four-concert season, plus one or two
“pop” al fresco or benefit events.

Devoted to presenting professional
acoustic recording artists from all over the
U.S. and Canada, in the friendly and cozy
coffee house style of 1950’s and 1960’s.

College, where they offer a year-
round calendar of live performances.

series during the summer months.

Grace feature numerous galleries
and street festivals — such as First
Fridays. Whether you watch a plein
