White terraced building,
constructed as the headquarters
of The Rouse Company, is
an early work of renowned
architect, Frank Gehry. To

Lake wellness center.
6 Kennedy Gardens
Dedicated in 1998 to honor
Padraic Kennedy, president of
the Columbia Association, 1972-
1998. Directly across lake when
standing at Lakefront Plaza; use
footpath to access gardens.

27-acre man-made lake. The
name Kittamaqundi is derived
from a Native American
word for “the meeting
