Our certified navigators assist Howard County residents
in applying for health coverage through the Maryland
Health Exchange. Upon determination of eligibilty for either
Qualified Health Plan (QHP) or Medicaid (MA), we help
guide the consumer through the plan selection or MCO
coordination, and any subsequent follow up. Much of the
year, we also perform outreach and health literacy education
