Delivers nutritious meals to homebound

persons of any age or economic status

who are unable to shop or prepare

meals for themselves. Two meals

are delivered daily Monday–Friday.

Weekend meals are available for

clients who meet special criteria.

Medical assistance is available to

cover a portion of the cost of a long-

term care facility for elderly, blind, or

disabled persons whose available

income is insufficient to meet the

entire cost of care, as long as their

resources are within the resource limit.
